01

The service

NodeSpark Wallet lets you create or import wallets and use them on the networks the app supports: hold, send and receive tokens and NFTs, swap tokens, move tokens between networks, connect to decentralized applications, and claim an ENS name. NodeSpark provides software. We are not a bank, exchange, broker or custodian, and we never hold your funds.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use these services where you live. You may not use the app if you are subject to sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.

03

Your keys, your responsibility

  • Your private keys and recovery phrase are created and stored encrypted on your device. NodeSpark never receives them.
  • You are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase safe and private. Anyone who has it controls your funds.
  • If you lose your device and your recovery phrase, your wallet can't be recovered. We have no way to restore access or move funds for you.
  • Protect the app with a PIN or biometrics, and never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including someone claiming to be NodeSpark.

04

Transactions

You sign every transaction yourself, on your device. Blockchain transactions are public and final: once confirmed, they can't be cancelled or reversed. Check the address, network and amount before you confirm. A transaction can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, such as network congestion or the fee you chose; network fees are usually still charged when a transaction fails on chain.

05

Swaps and cross-chain transfers

  • Swaps and cross-chain transfers are carried out by third-party protocols, including 0x, 1inch and LI.FI and the bridges and exchanges they route through. NodeSpark finds a route and prepares the transaction; it does not execute trades or hold funds in between.
  • Quotes are estimates. The amount you receive can differ within the slippage you accept, and a swap is cancelled rather than sent if the price moves beyond it. The minimum you will receive is shown before you confirm.
  • A cross-chain transfer can take from seconds to longer, depending on the bridge. If a bridge can't complete it, the funds are usually refunded on the network they were sent from, under that bridge's own rules.
  • We don't control these protocols and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing, delays, errors or failures.

06

Fees

  • Network fees go to the blockchain's validators, not to NodeSpark.
  • NodeSpark may charge a fee on swaps and cross-chain transfers, currently up to 0.5% of the amount. It is included in the quote and shown in the review before you confirm.
  • Third parties such as LI.FI and bridges may charge their own fees, which are included in the quote.
  • Holding, sending and receiving tokens through the app carries no NodeSpark fee.

07

Third-party services and dApps

The app shows information from, and lets you interact with, services we don't operate: blockchains, price and NFT data providers, swap protocols, and decentralized applications you connect through WalletConnect. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Only connect to applications you trust, and review every request before you approve it.

08

ENS names

NodeSpark may let you claim a free ENS name. Names are provided as is. We may refuse or remove names that impersonate others, infringe someone's rights, or are abusive. The name points to your wallet address; it does not give NodeSpark any control over your funds.

09

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Break any law, including laws on sanctions, money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Defraud, scam or harm others, or impersonate anyone
  • Interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers or services
  • Copy, modify or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows

10

No financial advice

Prices, charts, balances and other information in the app are provided for convenience and can be delayed or inaccurate. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of their value.

11

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every network, token or feature will stay supported. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodeSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by lost keys, mistaken transactions, third-party services, blockchain networks, or events outside our control.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your wallet from it (Settings → Delete Wallet).
